Dalam kasus tertentu misalkan kita ingin melakukan backup hanya List Item tertentu, atau suatu Document Library tertentu, kita bisa melakukannya dengan menjalankan perintah melalui powershell.

1. Pada start menu windows, jalankan Windows Powershell

2. Apabila sharepoint terinstall, perintah tertentu untuk manajemen sharepoint akan tersedia. Jika tidak, akan keluar peringatan

3. Skenarionya adalah misalkan kita ingin mengeksport List “StokBarang”  dan Library “KumpulanLaporan” , maka pada Powershell jalankan perintah berikut ini

export-spweb  http://localhost -Path “D:\Backup\LISTS\ListStokBarang.splist” -ItemUrl /lists/StokBarang

export-spweb  http://localhost -Path “D:\Backup\LISTS\KumpulanLaporan.splist” -ItemUrl /KumpulanLaporan

4. Dari perintah tersebut, mengekspor list dari localhost ke direktori D:\Backup\LISTS\. Perhatikan parameter ItemUrl yang disebutkan. Untuk List, dia url diawali dengan /List
